This was fun too but I sympathise with anyone trying to watch it who hasn't seen the original Zombieland. After the world is ravaged by the walking dead, four individuals travel to California in search for sanctuary and nostalgia. This is way better than I thought it would be and although it gets compared to `Shaun of the Dead' they are different movies really and just as enjoyable as each other in their own ways.

I thought the whole movie was gonna be splatter and hilarious zombie kills. Honestly this is one of the better movies of 2019. There's just something about him reenacting 'Ghostbusters' that puts a twinkle in my left eye. OK so 1st things 1st it was far too long since original movie but glad they made it OK so it probably isn't as good as first one but still enjoyable none the lest. This isn't a deep thinker, but it's a very funny comedy.

Smart, scary, fun, original and even with a moral to boot. Breslin and Stone are cute characters but Eisenburg is his usual nasal and annoying self and Woody is, well, Woody. From Night of the Living Dead to Shaun of the Dead, there have been some clever takes. Kind of okay but also kind of meandering and pointless and not that funny Sequel please! Boy do I hate clowns. well, this was an opportunity to really stick it to them i guess, but the whole next gen zombie wasnt up to much and i never really got excited about this from start to finish. I watched it TWICE in a row just to watch this nut!

This is not typical Zombie movie with the dead rising and attacking the living film and the Zombies are not the classic George A Romeo shambling Zombies.

My only criticism of the film is that the storyline could be slightly better, but that's by the by. This movie has everything.

I'm not going to spoil everything, but I just simply have to say that I laughed out so hard that I had to stop and catch my breath! `Zombieland' is a pretty decent Zom-com and manages to be both gross and funny at the same time.

Oh sure the movie looks good at first, but the comedy (and zombies) feel like tacked on accessories to a predictable and ultimately pandering Hollywood plot. They're the Energizer Bunnies of corpses, existing primarily to be splattered. Even funnier than I remember. The newcomer (a California valley blond named 'Madison' that our favorite zombie killers pick up, made me laugh so hard that I actually had tears running down my cheeks! It immediately starts with a montage of clips that outlines the rules our protagonist abides by.

. This follows four people who are trying to survive in Zombieland (a decimated America) and who decide to stick together after a tricky meeting. No thanks to the zombies. In the Zombie genre, it takes a special movie to really stand out. They are the new breed fast, can climb and think! It is clearly taking some lessons from Shaun of the Dead, but that isn't a bad thing.

Great acting, great writing, great direction. There are many people that will say "Zombie films are just for people who are wrong in the head" but i would have to disagree. I didn't care if they lived or died or whether low rent Michael Cera clone Jesse Eisenberg would hook up with Emma Stone or whether Woody Harrelson ever finds a Twinkie.
